Running from mid-November through the end of the year, these four sessions over six weeks serve as a nourishing resource during the busy holiday season. All of the sessions will be recorded and posted in case of scheduling conflicts.

Open to Embodied Aliveness is an invitation to explore what's already alive in you through four guided journeys into the energy signatures of earth, water, fire, and air.
We'll feel, sense, and discover these energies from within, meeting whatever arises with curiosity, tenderness, and love. Between gatherings, you'll receive a meditation or practice to continue the exploration in your own time.
In an intimate group of women, we'll share our experiences and witness one another without needing to change, interpret, or get anything right. In our shared space we'll relax the mind , soften the layers that keep you from your own experience, and deepen your relationship with the sacred aliveness that's already here.
When we let go of expectation and pressure, it creates an opening to lovingly uncover more of who you already are.
